L2 Environmental

Tracie Bills is an L2 Advisory Board member and contracting partner. Her experience as a Co-Founder of TerraSolutions Consulting, LLC combined with her previous work with a waste hauler, local government jurisdiction, and a consulting firm, give Tracie both a deep and wide scope of knowledge in solid waste and resource recovery. Tracie brings expertise and hands on experience in project management, research, analysis, sustainable planning and green business technical assistance to the L2 portfolio.

Ms. Bills has more than sixteen years of experience analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating integrated waste management programs. She has provided project management services to cities, counties, institutions and businesses throughout the Bay Area and has worked at Norcal Waste Systems, Bay Area Outreach Coalition, County of San Mateo and Environmental Planning Consultants. Many of Ms. Bills accomplishments include waste assessments, environmental program development, outreach, sustainability plans, zero waste events, Large Venue & Event management, emission inventory reporting, school recycling programs, green business certification and recycling/waste management technical support to hundreds of businesses.

Tracie has a BA in Environmental Science from San Jose State University, is a board member of the California Resource Recovery Association and a member of the National Recycling Coalition, Northern California Recycling Association, US Green Building Council and West Valley Green Leaf Committee.
